Position Title: Crime Scene Cleaning Supervisor
Location: Charlotte, NC (Must live within 50 minutes of our shop)
Aftermath is hiring immediately for a Crime Scene Cleaning

Compensation: We have a hybrid pay structure at
Aftermath. A supervisor in Charlotte can earn up to up to $35,000
Annually * Plus an additional $27/hour for Job Time

Schedule: The shop is open seven days a week from
7:30AM until 4:00PM. You will receive two scheduled days off each week
and have the ability to opt into additional work hours that includes a
shift pay differential.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a supervisor that can lead, motivate, and problem
solve with their team in highly sensitive and emotional situations,
frequently interacting with families who have experienced the loss of
a loved one. While prior experience in the biohazard industry is a
plus, it is not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training
and certification on safety, compliance, biohazard cleanup processes
and procedures, and customer service. We are committed to training our
supervisors for success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and direction to the team to ensure 100%
customer satisfaction
- They will work hand-in-hand with the team to clean up after
situations like suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, hoarding
homes and viral and bacterial disinfection
- They will lead all on-site customer interactions, estimate the
project scope, and receive consent from the customer to proceed
- Project manage the demolition, deconstruction, cleanup and process
the required paperwork
- Responsible for coordinating logistics and travel for the team
- Provide ongoing training of processes, procedures and safety compliance
- Inventory management
- Oversee maintenance of location and truck
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable motor vehicle record
- Must reside locally and be able to respond to the dispatch office
within one hour after receiving a service call
- Occasional overnight travel, including multi-day travel

- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Previous supervisory experience of at least two years
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Competency in project management, organization, attention to
detail and time management
- Background in construction, demolition, restoration, or experience
using hand or power tools preferred
- 2+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability
to multi-task
