Job Overview:
We currently seek an energetic Full-Time Talent Acquisition
Specialist/ Recruiter. This opportunity is available because Aftermath
is experiencing organic growth at existing locations while opening new
locations. The primary responsibility will be recruiting for a high
volume of non-exempt hourly positions throughout the country. The
selected candidate enjoys delivering exceptional customer service to
internal and external partners in a fast-paced professional
environment. The Recruiter owns the candidate experience including
sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding, while managing all stages of
the employment process in the applicant tracking system.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prescreen, Interview and schedule candidates to meet with the
hiring managers in the field.
- Provide recruitment and hiring support to both the candidate and
the hiring manager.
- Build relationships with other recruitment sources, in order to
create a pipeline of quality candidates.
- Support Hiring Managers during the interview process to ensure
interviews are conducted effectively and professionally.
- Source candidates using a variety of sourcing tools.
- Ability to meet monthly hiring quota
