Crime Scene Cleanup –Supervisor

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Supervisor that can lead, motivate, and problem
solve with your team in highly sensitive and emotional situations,
frequently interacting with families who have experienced the loss of
a loved one. We are seeking a supervisor who is empathetic, has
excellent communication skills, strong problem solving skills,
effective conflict resolution skills, and is a motivated self-starter.
While prior experience in the biohazard industry is a benefit, it is
not required. Aftermath provides comprehensive training and
certification on safety and compliance, biohazard cleanup process and
procedure, and customer service. We are committed to training our
Supervisors for success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership and direction to the field crime scene cleanup
team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Will work hand-in-hand with the team to clean up after situations
like suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, or accidents
- He/she will lead all on-site customer interactions, estimate the
project scope, get agreement from the customer to proceed
- Project manage the cleanup & Document and process required paperwork
- Responsible for Coordinating logistics and travel for the team
- Responsible for On-going training of process and procedure and
safety compliance
- Inventory management
- Oversee maintenance of location and truck
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Must reside locally and be able to respond to the dispatch office
within 50 minutes of receiving a service call
- Must be available (on call) 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Occasional overnight travel, including multi-day travel
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Supervisory experience preferred
- Background in construction, demolition, restoration, or experience
using hand or power tools preferred
- 2+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience
- Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability
to multi-task
