Aftermath has an immediate need for a Systems Engineer on our IT team

Job Overview:
Aftermath Services LLC is seeking a self-motivated individual with a
can-do attitude that has 5+ years’ experience in a hands-on and remote
computer support role. This position is based at our Aurora, IL
office. No telecommuting. Occasional travel possible.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact for computer related concerns.
- Make sure workstations and applications work well in the field and
home office.
- Maintain and configure computers, printers, cell phones and other devices.
- Install, image, and ship technology equipment.
- Manage Active Directory, Office 365 and other accounts.
- Manage network devices including switches, modems, and phone system.
- Install and upgrade software. Ensure computers are up to date.
- Physically install cubicle hardware, mounting brackets, punch downs.
- Be a go-to technical resource for the company.
- Create documentation and conduct training for end users.
