Job Overview:

Central Operations Associates serve in a cross-functional role for our Client Management and Client Services Teams.  This dynamic and exciting role offers an opportunity to wear multiple hats and impact all revenue generating functions of the business.  Day-to-day responsibilities vary, but are centered on initial customer contact/support, supporting our collections team, and working with Client Managers to project manage complex jobs.   

Central Operations Associate Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fields incoming calls/follows and provides information regarding service offerings/process to potential customers
  • Schedules appointments, determines appropriate crew, and dispatches crew to the job site
  • Obtains insurance information from client, confirms policy, and works with insurance to gather key decision making information
  • Prepares job paperwork, receipts, and gathers all required signatures and payments
  • Collects and reports information
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with referral partners and influencers through outbound calls, emails, and meeting

Experience and Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years customer service or sales experience
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • B.A. or B.S degree preferred
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of the normal 8:00a-4:30p M-F work week to maintain peak coverage (i.e. night shifts & weekend shifts/on-call)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment & via phone
  • Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use a computer and navigate various windows
