Job Overview:

Client Managers serve as an empathetic customer advocate & primary point of contact in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.  Our team of Client Managers take inbound calls then walk customers through the biohazard remediation process, communicate & dispatch our field crews, scope and price work, convert leads to jobs, manage job progress/budget/profit, and work with insurance companies to confirm payment.

Client Manager Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fields incoming calls/follows up on prospective leads and provides information regarding service offerings/process to potential customers
  • Schedules appointments, determines appropriate crew, and dispatches crew to the job site
  • Serves as primary customer contact from initial call through job completion & payment
  • Coordinates with onsite Supervisor and customer to determine recommended scope of work, service level, financial assistance needed, and initial pricing
  • Presents recommended scope of work/pricing to customer & secures their approval
  • Obtains insurance information from client & confirms policy
  • Maintains regular contact with supervisors, oversees project progress, provides technical input, and trouble-shoots
  • Prepares job paperwork, receipts, and gathers all required signatures & payments
  • Collects and reports referral information
  • Arranges for 3rd party services such as dumpsters, asbestos testing, etc.

Experience and Skills:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years customer service or sales experience
  • At least 18 years of age or older
  • B.A. or B.S degree preferred
  • Ability to occasionally work outside of the normal 8:00a-4:30p M-F work week to maintain peak coverage (i.e. night shifts & weekend shifts/on-call)
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment & via phone
  • Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to use a computer and navigate various windows
